Back-to-Strength Yoga Therapy (2 hours, Kings Cross WC1X)
Deeply effective, science-informed, hands-off yoga therapy designed to eliminate stiffness/back pain, realign your posture, and rebuild your natural strength from the ground up.
Back MOT + Back-to-Strength Method
These groundbreaking classes start with Back MOT, to help you precisely identify and locate what is really going on in your back.
Then you'll practice exercises to release and remove stiffness/back pain and to restore natural posture.
Your first class is free – because your body deserves proof, not promises.
This method is different. It’s gentle, intelligent, hands-off, and surprisingly effective.
Rather than trying to explain it, I’d much rather you feel it.
Come and test it for yourself.
Bring a friend if it helps you feel more comfortable.
There’s no pressure to continue – just an open door.
Your body will tell you everything.

After your first FREE class, all three pricing options receive the same class, the same attention, and the same depth of care. The sliding scale simply acknowledges that people have different access to financial resources at different moments of life.
Please pick the rate that feels fair and easeful for you.

You’ll know which option is right for you.
Classes will alternate between Lower Back and Upper Back
Jan 14, and every second Wednesday, including Jan 28, Feb 11, Feb 25, Mar 11, Mar 25, Apr 8, will focus the lower back (including the hips).

Jan 21 and every second Wednesday, including Feb 4, Feb 18, Mar 4, Mar 18, Apr 1, will focus on the upper back (including the shoulders).

In general, most people will benefit from attending both classes, several times each.
But if you have current stiffness, tension or pain in the lower back or upper back, then coming to the relevant lower back or upper back class first will increase the chances of you getting some initial benefit and healing straight away.
What to bring
Please bring TWO (2) LARGE BATH TOWELS
These will help you make a soft yet supportive roll that will help you to release stiffness and tension out of your lower back in the "Passion & Power" class, and to open up the chest and mid/upper back in the "Opening the Heart" class. If you forget, or if you only bring smalller/hand-towels, you can still benefit greatly from attending these classes, but the stiffness/tension-relief or heart-opening will most likely be less effective.
You may also want to bring extra clothes to keep warm, or a blanket or yoga mat to lie on. Although these are all optional, and not needed if you tend to run warm.

Please arrive between 6:15 and 6:25 pm, so we can start the class on time at 6:30 pm. Thank you!
