Participants will leave this public speaking coaching series with a clearer, more confident way to talk about their organization's mission, values, and impact. Through workshop learning and guided practice, participants will develop and refine a presentation that tells the story of their work in a compelling, authentic way.
By the end of the series, participants will walk away with stronger storytelling skills, practical tools for structuring a presentation, and greater confidence speaking in front of audiences.
Dates: October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29.

What to expect each week:
Week 1 – Trail Mapping: Establishes a baseline for participants' speaking skills, with personalized feedback.
Week 2 – Personal Branding: Uses an adapted Johari's Window to connect participants' history and values to their speaking persona.
Week 3 – Mechanics: Explores breathing, movement, body language, and vocal control to build a menu of physical tactics for engaging an audience.
Week 4 – Strategy: Introduces rhetorical, psychological, and persuasive devices as frameworks for structuring presentations for maximum impact.
Week 5 – Implementation: Participants deliver a prototype presentation incorporating the techniques they've learned and receive individualized feedback.
