It's time to plant the tulips! Join Tulip Time and the City of Holland Parks Department for fall planting of tulip bulbs. Grab your gardening gloves and boots, dress for the weather and meet us at Window on the Waterfront. Family groups will be placed together. Planting tools, bulbs, instruction and refreshments will be provided.Volunteers will learn how to plant tulip bulbs. In pairs volunteers will plant tulip beds. Beds usually take about 1.5 hours.
