Find Your Spouse Spring Matchmaking event for Muslims

Find Your Spouse has spent years creating genuinely warm, halal spaces for Muslims to meet potential spouses, and their next event in May is a special one. The team has announced this will be the last event of this kind they organise, so if you've ever thought about attending, this is the one not to miss!

Sessions: Over 35 (11:00 AM – 1:00 PM) | Under 35 (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Location: Mosque in central London (confirmed to registered participants)

How it works:

1. Register in advance (essential, no walk-ins on the day)
2. A short Zoom call with the admin team to verify your profile and ID, and answer any questions
3. On the day:

• Welcome and registration
• Friendly ice-breaking activities
• Facilitated group discussions (this is not speed dating! You'll have genuine conversations in small groups, guided by specially trained volunteers)

Mahrams are not required but are warmly welcome and will be seated separately in the same room. Tea, coffee, water and snacks are provided.

What to expect:
📝 Questionnaire — You'll fill in a short questionnaire about what you're looking for. The team believes compatibility matters just as much as piety, and your answers help them make meaningful introductions.
📅 Zoom Introductory Meeting — Before the event, there's a brief Zoom call to verify your identity and discuss your profile and preferences with a member of the team.
🕌 The Event — A warm, halal environment at the mosque, with icebreakers and small group discussions designed to feel natural and relaxed. Volunteers are on hand to make sure everyone feels comfortable and included.
🤍 After the Event — At the end of the day, you'll have the opportunity to indicate who you'd like to explore further through their system, and you'll be able to view profiles during the event itself.

Info: It is important to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure you check-in and pick up your ID tag. *For security reasons, you must bring your photo ID - this is obligatory (passport/driving licence). If you plan to attend both sessions, you only need to check in once. You will receive the same event ID for both sessions, allowing you to participate in both without the need for multiple check-ins. This simplifies the process and ensures a smooth experience for attendees attending both sessions.
