What to Expect on the Day
Today we figure out your coffee, together, one sip at a time.:
- Start With You: Sign up and answer 4 quick questions about what you love in a cup: sweetness, brightness, body, and finish. No wrong answers, we listen to you.
- Meet Your Starting Point: Based on your answers, we pour you one of our three signature blends, October, Fruity Call, or 2607, as your baseline.
- Tweak It Till It’s You: Too bright? Not sweet enough? Craving more body? We’ll adjust the recipe right in front of you, re-brew it, and taste the difference with you.
- Take It Home: Your blend, boxed and labelled with your name, or whatever you want to call it.
What’s Included
- 1-on-1 Guided Tasting: One of us walks you through every step and explains what you’re tasting, so you leave knowing your own palate.
- Personalized Labeling: Name your coffee whatever you want (inside jokes encouraged!). Your custom coffee is available for purchase if you'd like to take it home.

You choose the flavour profiles you love, decide how strong each one comes through, and pick your roast. We turn your choices into a specialty blend made just for you. Then you name it. It's yours, and no one else has it.

- Admission: FREE with RSVP (We’re capping spots so everyone gets dedicated 1-on-1 blending time!)
