About this workshop
This workshop is part of the Good for Ealing London Living Wage Business Support Programme, a free programme supporting Ealing-based employers that are accredited London Living Wage Employers, or willing to become accredited as part of the programme.
Understanding financial management is essential for sustainable business growth. This practical workshop will help participants strengthen their financial knowledge and build confidence in making informed business decisions.
Through practical exercises and examples, attendees will explore financial tools and approaches that can be applied directly within their organisations.

To be eligible, businesses must:
- Be based in the London Borough of Ealing
- Be accredited as a London Living Wage Employer, or become accredited prior to receiving support
- Be committed to building a successful, sustainable and responsible business
