You will discover about essential oils to support your mood and choose your favourite. You are then invited to create your very own beaded aroma bracelet, that can be used along with your little bottle of oil to take home and have a long lasting and supportive effect.

Rachel CK is an accredited integrative cancer care coach, and our resident essential oils and lower-tox living guide with this mini masterclass being drawn from a module of one of her accredited courses.
