Breath. Sound. Voice. Movement. A journey into the wisdom of the Divine Feminine.Over the course of four weeks, we will journey through the chakras, exploring and releasing stagnant energetic patterns held within the body through dance, yoga, breathwork, vocalization, and bodywork.
Together, we will create space for the emotions and expressions women have often been taught to suppress—anger, rage, shame, blame, desire, grief, and the fullness of our voices.
We will meet the parts of ourselves that learned to stay small, quiet, polite, pleasing, or contained, and offer them the freedom to be felt, expressed, witnessed, and moved.
As we reconnect with these hidden and often exiled parts of ourselves, we begin to reclaim the energy and power bound within them. We give ourselves permission to take up space, speak our truth, trust the wisdom of our bodies, and embody the fullness of who we are.
This is a journey of liberation, expression, embodiment, and remembrance—a return to the wild, wise, powerful feminine that has been within us all along.
