According to the Women and Equalities Committee Report (2025), increasing support for female entrepreneurship could unlock over £250 billion in economic growth. The opportunity is immense - and so is the responsibility carried by many women leading mission-driven ventures.

Alongside navigating funding gaps and systemic bias, female impact founders often juggle multiple roles: leader, caregiver, partner, community-builder, and advocate. Yet despite these pressures, women continue to launch, scale and sustain high-impact ventures - demonstrating remarkable resilience, creativity and determination.
