About this Event
Female founders are building ventures that tackle some of the world’s most complex social and environmental challenges. According to the Women and Equalities Committee Report (2025), increasing support for female entrepreneurship could unlock over £250 billion in economic growth. The opportunity is immense - and so is the responsibility carried by many women leading mission-driven ventures.
Alongside navigating funding gaps and systemic bias, female impact founders often juggle multiple roles: leader, caregiver, partner, community-builder, and advocate. Yet despite these pressures, women continue to launch, scale and sustain high-impact ventures - demonstrating remarkable resilience, creativity and determination.
The speakers will answer the question: how do female impact founders sustain themselves while changing the world?
This event is organised in partnership with GlobalWIIN and aims to bring together female impact founders, mental health practitioners, investors, and policymakers to explore the intersection of entrepreneurship and wellbeing.
