What to wear/bring?
You can wear any comfortable clothes that you can move in. Please bring a blanket or mat.
All levels and drop-ins welcome!
What does it cost?
Generally, it is suggested to pay £10 per class, but there are some donation based slots per class. Feel free to use those if you need to.
