A Somatic Movement and Creative Arts weekend with Blanche MulhollandInviting embodied explorers; dancers, movers, meditators, creatives, therapists, and those who desire to deepen their connection to body and emotion within a therapeutic container. Through Somatic Movement/ Dance, Bodywork and Sculpting with Clay we will attune to our somatic wisdom and give form to our inner landscape as it reveals itself from the bodily unconscious.
This work supports deep healing and integration, and cultivates internal pathways to deeper states of ease, aliveness and vitality in our bodies and lives. Blanche is a Somatic Movement Educator/ Therapist & Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
* Beautiful venue nestled into Chalice Hill and under the Tor in the mythical land of Avalon (Glastonbury)
* Movement studio with underfloor heating and fireplace
* Cedarwood hot tub, ice bath and sauna available for use
* Friday 7-9.30pm, Saturday 10-5, Sunday 10-4
