An Evening of Drumming, Community, Ancestral Healing, Emotional Release, and Spiritual Renewal. Facilitated by West African Drum and Dance teacher Tyehimba Kokayi and Ben Schwarcz.The day after Halloween, when the veils are thin. All cultures, religions, and people are welcome. Donation requested but all are welcome regardless. No drumming experience necessary. We will drum, create a space for sharing - or silence - and then drum some more. Play, move, dance, cry, pray, meditate or just be present. Bring a photo or sacred object if you choose.
