We like to MOve it!
Fatbetty.Run is again doing the MOVEMBER 24h challenge.
We support MOVEMBER, and we’ll take the "MOVE" literally – and will move for exactly 24 HOURS!
The process is super easy, but the challenge will be tough.
The challenge starts on Friday 13 November at 18:00 and lasts for 24 hours, i.e. until Saturday 14 November at 18:00.
For all those who want to be part of the team and want run with us: please contact FatBetty.Run via messenger, or contact us at the FB.R THURSDAY run.
The Independent Café will be at our disposal for the 24h as homebase. (THANK YOU Katia + Eric! <3 )

BASIC RULES of the 24h run:
The challenge starts on Friday 13 November at 18:00 and lasts for 24 hours, i.e. until Saturday 14 November at 18:00.
Runners will change every full hour – means, the splits can be 1 hour, 2 hours, or more.
There must always be at least 1 runner on the road.
There is no fixed route, i.e. every runner runs wherever he wants.
There is no maximum of runners – so of course the runners can be joined & supported by others, co-running or by bike! This is especially welcome by the night runners.
