An immersive three-phase experience designed to bridge the gap between botanical science, sleep hygiene, and somatic rest.
Your Experience Includes:
I. Nervous System Grounding & Botanical Literacy: A briefing on shifting out of an active stress state. Unpack the vital connection between sleep routines, daily resilience, and Rest As Ritual, while exploring the rich soothing properties of lavender and how simple it is to grow and harvest at home.
II. Restorative Breathwork & Somatic Practice: A guided hands-on session using targeted botanical and breathing techniques designed to quiet the mind, release stored daily tension, and promote deep physical relaxation.
III. Daily Integration & Living Takeaway: We close by anchoring your breathwork practice into a sustainable daily routine. You will leave with your own baby lavender plant to transplant into your home soil, a dynamic, living rest cue to nourish your ongoing wellbeing.
