To support the exciting expansion of our Family Services provision we have a number of employment opportunities within our collection of Residential Family Centres in Southampton and Swanwick. We are looking to recruit into the following positions within Family Services to start from January 2027:
- Team Leaders
- Senior Waking Night Workers
- Senior Support Workers
- Waking Night Workers
- Support Workers
- Deputy Manager (Full-time)
- Deputy Manager (Part-time)
Families will have been referred to the Family Centre if there have been concerns identified around the safety of the children within their current family home. Once with us, families will be continuously encouraged, supported and guided through a 12-week residential parenting assessment where they are monitored 24/7 to promote sustainable positive parenting changes.
