About this Event
I’m a Parent is an opportunity for parents to come together as part of a course, share their experiences and discover new perspectives and strategies.
This course will run over 8 weeks starting on Wednesday November 25th 2026 from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Please note the course will stop on the 16th December for the Christmas Break.
We will take some time to reflect on the 16th and set some goals before the Christmas Break, returning on Wednesday 13th January.

Parenting experience
Parenting skills and strategies
Challenging behaviour
Exploring influential factors on our parenting
Techniques to relax and destress
Please Note: These sessions cannot be recorded and shared afterwards, as participants often share personal information.
Therefore, please only book a place if you can attend on all dates upon which the course runs.
This course is delivered by Family Learning as part of Aberdeen City Council and is open to parents living in Aberdeen.
This ticket is a note of interest. Once you have signed up via Eventbrite, you will be emailed a registration form that you must complete to secure your place on the course.
