Celebrate Family Day weekend with a restorative, all-ages contrast therapy experience at Revive Wellness Club, inspired by traditional Finnish sauna culture—where heat, rest, and togetherness support overall wellbeing.

For this special weekend, we’re welcoming families into a gentle, flexible contrast therapy environment that includes access to our sauna and optional cold plunge tubs with five different temperature options, allowing each guest to participate at a level that feels safe and comfortable for them.

Contrast therapy traditionally involves alternating between heat (sauna) and cold exposure, but participation in cold plunges is always optional. With multiple temperature tubs available, guests—especially first-timers and younger participants—can choose milder temperatures or simply enjoy the warmth of the sauna and rest areas.

Our team is always available to guide families through the experience and answer any questions.
