Family Constellations: A Day of Ancestral & Systemic Rituals is the second experience in the Healing Arc Trilogy, taking place six weeks after Unveil Yourself. This immersive, trauma‑informed day explores the emotional patterns, loyalties, and stories carried across generations — and how they shape the way we love, protect, and show up today.
Through guided constellation work, somatic awareness, and ancestral ritual, participants gently witness the unseen dynamics within their lineage and open pathways toward release, repair, and reconnection. This experience honors the wisdom of those who came before while inviting healing for what was never yours to carry.
Created for members of the BIPOC community seeking deeper ancestral clarity and systemic healing, this retreat offers a culturally grounded, emotionally restorative space to explore belonging, identity, and intergenerational resilience.
This day follows a structured yet intuitive flow rooted in systemic healing, ancestral witnessing, and somatic grounding.
Not everyone will have their own constellation, yet all attendees will be part of and influenced by the energetic field created in each constellation.
No prior constellation experience is required.
