About this Event
Change creates ripple effects. How will you lead through them?
Join Dr. Darlene Blanco, Mario Lewis, and Margarita Estrada for an interactive morning exploring how leaders can move people and organizations forward through change with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
Whether you’re leading a team, growing a business, or navigating a new organizational direction, this workshop offers practical tools you can apply to your own challenges.
Through guided exercises, table discussions, and a realistic case study, you’ll explore:
- Kotter’s eight steps as a framework for engaging people and sustaining change.
- Strategic foresight, inspired by Rita McGrath’s Seeing Around Corners, to recognize early signals and anticipate risks.
- Culturally responsive leadership, considering how lived experiences, communication, and trust shape people’s responses to change.
You’ll leave with a framework for leading change, tools to anticipate ripple effects, strategies for navigating resistance, and a personal action plan.
Your registration includes continental breakfast, the three-hour workshop, and opportunities to connect with other leaders.
Voyage Consulting & Business Solutions, LLC will make a donation to I Love 2 Read, supporting youth literacy in Rahway, NJ.
Come with a leadership challenge—and leave with a clearer next step.
