About this Event
Welcome to our Family Bonding Day! Part of the Parenting Unlocked project, this event is designed to help families step away from the daily hustle and reconnect through intentional play.
We believe that "learning" happens best when we are having fun. Throughout the day, we’ll subtly weave in skills for emotional regulation and co-regulation, giving you and your children practical tools to navigate big feelings together while making lasting memories.
What to expect:
The Maze Challenge: A test of communication and patience.
Family Wall Art: A creative space to express your emotions and family memories.
The Three-Legged Race: The ultimate co-regulation exercise, literally finding your rhythm together!
Reflection Circles: A safe space for families to celebrate the moments they felt most connected, and learn how to bring that calm back home.
