In the first session, you’ll discover how about and how to maintain your own sourdough starter, with tips for success at home. Return for the second session to bake a variety of delicious sourdough items and deepen your understanding of fermentation and flavor. Come ready to learn, sample, and take home the skills to bake with confidence.
