You are invited to join us for our Fall Open House! The event kicks off with a beginner self-defense lesson at 11:00 followed by demonstrations, refreshments and a prize drawing. Kids will learn a kick and break a board while parents/adult students learn more about our program. 🥋
Fun for all ages! Bring the family! If any adults are interested in Tai Chi, we also have an open Tai Chi class at 10:00 for folks to try (DM to RSVP).
