Pamela Hubbard has more than 20 years of experience as a speaker, educator, and writer. Pam writes an award winning blog and her monthly newspaper article, "Gardening in the Poconos ". She has been featured in Country Gardens magazine. She often trains new Master Gardeners for Penn State Extension. Pam was born in England and acquired her love of gardening from her grandmother. Her recent book is titled "The Contemporary Cottage Garden". Luncheon will be at noon with program and book signing following. There will be door prizes and basket raffles! Cost is $50 per person. Buffet style menu includes: Herb roasted chicken w/Herb gravy, Panko crusted cod, salad, homemade mashed potatoes, broccoli/carrot/cauliflower blend vegetables, and Ice Cream sundae bar w/assorted toppings.
