Gather with family and friends in our memory care dining room for a delicious homemade chili bar, fresh salad bar, cornbread, crackers, and a variety of pumpkin-themed desserts. Enjoy live entertainment from Ronnie and Carol (performing in the Assisted Living dining room) and The Sweet Teaz (performing in Memory Care dining room) and , capture special moments at our fall-themed photo opportunity, and experience the warmth and community that make Heritage Green feel like home.
