Fall Equinox Sound Bath: Release + Gratitude Reset 🍂
Join me for a grounding and restorative afternoon inspired by the energy of the fall equinox — a natural point of transition, balance, reflection, and letting go.
We’ll begin with an optional release practice, settle into a deeply restorative sound bath, and close with a simple community gratitude reflection as we welcome the season ahead.
What to Expect
🍂 Optional Release Practice | 4:30–4:45 PM
You’ll receive a small piece of water-soluble paper and be invited to write something you’re ready to release or stop carrying into the next season.
If you’d like, you can place it into a bowl of water and watch it dissolve.
No sharing is required, and participation is completely optional.
✨ Sound Bath | 4:45–5:45 PM
You’ll settle into your cozy nest for a brief guided meditation followed by an immersive sound journey.
The sound bath will include frosted crystal singing bowls, Paiste gongs, and other complementary instruments as intuitively guided.
This is your space to slow down, quiet the mental noise, receive, and reconnect with yourself.
🌿 Optional Community Gratitude Tree | 5:45–6:00 PM
We’ll close by reflecting on something you’re grateful for or something you want to carry forward into the new season.
If you’d like, you can write it on a card and add it to our community gratitude tree — bringing all of our individual moments of gratitude together in one shared space.
🔮 Optional Oracle or Angel Card Pull
Doors open at 4:00 PM so you have time to settle in, pull a card if you’d like, create your cozy nest, and ease into the afternoon before we begin.

Please arrive on time to help maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment once the experience begins.
Please Bring Your Own “Cozy Nest”
• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow for your head
• Bolster or extra pillow for under your knees — highly recommended
• Eye pillow or eye mask — optional and highly recommended
• Water
Disposable eye masks will also be available.
You are welcome to bring a gravity chair or folding outdoor chair instead of lying on a yoga mat. If bringing a chair, please also bring a towel to place underneath it to help protect the studio floor.

Your Hosts
Ashley is a Sound Practitioner, Energy Intuitive, and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master. Her work blends sound, energy work, and intuitive guidance to create grounded spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a little more ease amidst the noise of everyday life.
