Join us for Uncorked, an evening of guided wine tasting at Oviedo Olive Oil. We're pouring six standout wines from our curated wine program — a mix of crisp whites, a refreshing rosé, and bold reds — each poured and explained by your hosts so you leave knowing exactly what you loved and why.
No pretension, no wine-snob energy — just good pours, good company, and a few bites to keep your palate fresh between glasses. Whether you're a longtime wine lover or just starting to explore beyond your usual bottle, this tasting is built for real conversation and real discovery.
And since we're a specialty olive oil boutique at heart, expect a few tasty surprises where our oils and balsamics make an appearance alongside the wine.
