The Fall Equinox invites us to pause — to honor what we’ve grown, release what we no longer need, and return to balance.
Join Brandi & Debbie for a special two-hour evening of sound and ceremony designed to engage all your senses and help you reconnect with yourself.
Throughout the evening, you’ll experience gentle movement, grounding sound, reflection, and meaningful seasonal ritual, including:
* An Autumn Herbal Elixir
* A candle ritual for intention and release
* A Sound Bath designed for releasing and balance
* An Inner Harvest Ceremony to reflect on what you’ve cultivated, what you’re ready to gather, and what you’re ready to let go
*Grounding and releasing activities
