Make haste and gather thy most noble, merry, and adventurous company, and venture forth unto the wondrous Falkland Renaissance Fayre 2026, held within the verdant, and enchanting outdoor grounds of Falkland Palace.
Behold a day of marvels, merriment, and living history beyond imagination.Witness the majestic and awe-inspiring flight of birds of prey with Raptor World, and let the stirring strains of music and lively dance upon period instruments, performed by Gaita, transport thee to days of yore. Learn of the valor and traditions of Stewart Kings and Queens in thrilling medieval and historical re-enactments, perambulate through a vibrant and bustling craft village, where skilled artisans display wondrous treasures, and partake of sumptuous fare and delectable victuals worthy of kings and queens.
For the young and valiant, partake in quest trails devised by the mischievous Palace Jester, delight in face painting of fanciful design, engage in spirited sword fights for aspiring knights and so much more.
Meet fantastical and whimsical characters, have thy fortune told by tarot, and learn the secret lore of herbs and poisons from the 1500s.
Come adorned in thy most splendid costume, whether noble, magical, or fantastical- for thou may encounter a potion maker, a cunning jester, or wonders beyond thy wildest dreams!

Book in advance to avoid disappointment- this event sells out quickly and we cannot guarantee tickets on the day.
Tickets are for event and gardens only. The Palace will be open during the event, however admission into the Palace will be usual admission entry rates.

Event Time: The event is an all-day event and you can come and go as you please throughout the day. The gates will open at 11am where someone will check tickets, allowing you into the event. The event officially ends at 4:30pm, with the garden and shop closing at 5:00pm
What should I bring? Yourself and your most whimiscal pal! Along with your ticket, we recommend bringing water and a fold-up seat for extra comfort. You may also wish to bring cash for some of the craft stalls. Don't forget to wear your costume!`
