Join local herbalist Rosy for a herb garden visit to meet plants that can be grown in Scotland to use as herbal remedies
We will meet at my herbalist practice and then go on a visit to my nearby herb garden in Falkland Village where we will meet some herbs that can be grown in Scotland and used to support your health and wellbeing. This is a great opportunity to see some herbs that you may be less familar with.
we collect some plants together, and bring them back to my clinic to taste and make into herbal remedies that can be used to support your health and well-being.
Suitable for ages 8+ (under 16's need to be accompanied by an adult), but mainly aimed towards an adult audience. Booking essential and please let me know if you have any mobilty issues because my space is acessed by stairs and some of the walk will be off road.
We will focus on 4-5 different herbs in the session
