Fairways Fairytale Princess Ball

Hear ye! Hear ye! Your favorite fairytale characters are twirling their way to the Fairways on September 20th!

Join The Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, Rapunzel, Cinderella, Snow White and Beauty for dancing, dining, photo ops and more from 11:00am until 1:00pm. Your ticket not only includes meeting your favorite princesses, but comes with a delightful brunch as well. Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for children 18 Months - 13 years old.

Event Policies and Details

• Our princesses are most popular with kids 18mo-10 years old, but there's no age limit on the fun. All guests over 18 months must have a ticket, and there must be at least one adult in attendance for every 3 children. This is not a drop-off event.
• We strongly recommend you arrive on time! Doors will open at 10:30am. Please do not enter the ballroom early. The princesses will make their grand entrance at precisely 11:15. Please follow princess and staff instructions so you don't miss character interactions or activities.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Transfers may be made by contacting the venue directly. Advance reservations are required for this event. Sales will be cut off at 5pm September 18th, but we do expect this event to sell out!
• Children are encouraged to wear their favorite princess or prince attire. Adults may not wear full costumes or character wigs, as this can be confusing to young children, but are encouraged to wear a favorite "Disneybound" style outfit or ball attire, if they choose. While there is no strict dress code at this event, please wear clothing that is appropriate for spending time around children.
• By purchasing a ticket to this event, you understand that event organizers and other guests may be taking photos or videos that could appear on the internet.
• Neither HCIQ nor Fairways of Halfmoon are responsible for accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions that may occur at this event. Parents must remain attentive throughout the event and are responsible for the actions and behavior of their children.
• When purchasing tickets, please use an email address that you check regularly! We will only use this email to send you important information about THIS EVENT. No spam or never-ending messages.
• Characters are subject to change if illness, accident, or injury prevents a performer from attending. Occasionally, we must reduce the number of characters in attendance if no substitute is available at the last minute. This event will proceed so long as a minimum of four princesses are available to attend.
• Tickets to this event are ONLY available through EventBrite. To avoid scams, please only purchase tickets through HCIQ and Fairways of Halfmoon provided links and do not believe posters claiming to have tickets they cannot use. Guests with tickets they are unable to use should contact HCIQ or Fairways directly so we can safely oversee a legitimate ticket transfer. For sold out events, we maintain a waitlist so we can contact guests seeking available tickets.
