About this Event
Enjoy the beauty of spring gardens, lovingly created by our Fairlawn friends. We have lined up a bouquet of spectacular gardens for you to tour on Saturday, June 18. It’s all in support of Camp Scugog campers, families and staff, to help them enjoy nature this summer and the comraderie of the camp experience at its best. Every year Fairlawn has sent many children to camp who cannot otherwise afford to go. We thank you for your continued generousity, and hope you will enjoy this spring treat of a delightful afternoon with Fairlawn friends in the garden. And please feel free to bring along a non-Fairlawn friend too! Chat about plants, planning, design, maintenance and style. Or just sit back, relax and breathe in the ambience.
Garden Locations: Maps, addresses and driving instructions will be provided to participants. We will be touring the gardens at the homes of some of Fairlawn's gardeners.
Tickets include: viewing lovely gardens, personalized tours, plant names and descriptions, complementary afternoon tea and snacks at 3:30 pm in a shady, stunning garden, option to purchase baked goods and crafts from our "Bloomin' Craft Shack" in support of Camp Scugog.
Fundraising: Proceeds go to the Fairlawn Camp Scugog Fund.
Covid-19 Precautions: Fully vaccinated participants only, with proof of vaccination, wearing a mask. Hand sanitizer will be provided. Be aware of social distancing wherever possible from those not in your household or bubble. Before leaving home, assess your personal health situation. If you are not feeling well, or have symptoms noted on this self screening form, please stay home and follow the recommended guidelines from the City of Toronto.
