What if we were able to design our gardens in such a way they didn’t need a lot of care, but still produced a lot of food? Isn’t that the dream of every Fairbanks Gardener, so they can get out and do other summer ‘must dos’ before winter hits again? In this session, the first of 4, we will focus on ways to begin using nature’s patterns of gardening as you plan for next summer. Nature works in an interconnected, systemic way. She can take care of herself. By learning and using permaculture ethics and principles, which include observing and imitating nature, you too can learn the art of growing.
