Realtors® are required to complete at least two hours of Fair Housing and Anti Bias training during each 3-year Cycle. We are currently in Cycle 8 and this requirment must be complete by December 31, 2027. This class is offered in-person classroom only. Our education certificates are generated based on your registration record and it is important that each person who plans to attend registers for the class, individually in advance of the class.
We also need a headcount for our generous sponsor to bring enough snacks. Thank you, Raven Mortgage for your sponsorship!
