FADE TO COLORSeveral years ago, Fade to Color was simply the name of an art show I hoped I might have someday.
This November, it becomes real.
Fade to Color is a collection of paintings and glass work exploring something that has become deeply personal to me—the journey from darkness into color.
For much of my life, my artwork gravitated toward black, white, gray and darker imagery. Over the last several years, something changed. Color began finding its way into my artwork at the same time I was learning to find more of it in my own life.
This exhibition is about that journey. About choosing to step out of the darkness and find the color in your life—and discovering that once you find it, it can help carry you through darkness again.
