F45 x Pulse Fitness Crawl

We are so excited to bring to you our third ever F45 x Pulse Fitness Crawl happening on Saturday October 17 at 11:15am. We will be starting the morning at F45 with a 45 minute hybrid class followed by a 15 minute walk over to Pulse for a 45 minute Pulse/Flow class. We are so excited to bring two incredible communities together for one incredible afternoon! Bring your friends and bring the heat (but we'll definitely be bringing that too)!
