Discussion and topics we will be focusing on in an amazing educational workshop:
- Major themes for Hand Skills are communication through touch, understanding the body, technique and skill building, flow and connection, and engaging the mind
- How to go about this intersection of themes in cohesive and safe ways by creating a consent based container built on clear communication, mutual deslre and trust
- Benefits in how they relate to the connective bond of the self as well as a couple/pair and therapeutic methods utilized
- The spiritual and embodied benefits for self and for the couple with regards to attunement and energy exchange
- Breathwork that connects energetic systems and breath that can enhance and deepen any sensation/experience

After-Hours After the Workshop
This part of the night is an open Social Mixer continuing the great vibes from our learning accomplished in the workshop. Engage at your own comfort level—whether that means observing, casually chatting by the snacks, or connecting with others. This is not a pressured hook-up style event, treat it as great time to get to know the community and more importantly yourself!
