Qigong
We begin by arriving in the body through Qigong, an ancient Chinese practice that supports health, circulation, and inner harmony.
Often described as mindfulness in motion, Qigong invites us into gentle movement and intentional awareness.
As we move, we are guided to notice subtle bodily sensations - warmth, tingling, heaviness, lightness and the quiet shifts that naturally arise when we pay attention.
Mindful Tea Ceremony
From movement, we transition into stillness through a Mindful Chinese Tea Ceremony. This sensory ritual of preparing tea grounds us in the present moment, offering space to listen inward and settle.
The ceremony flows into a communal tea meditation, inviting us to experience all five senses through each steep and allowing a deeper connection with ourselves.

We close with a sharing circle, expanding our connection from self, to connection with community.
