About this Event
We start the session with gentle yoga, suitable for every body. Before moving onto the breathwork session, there will be a short comfort break, during which you can enjoy some delicious, ceremonial cacao.
Conscious breathing is the practice of using the breath to cultivate self-awareness, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Becoming aware of the breath is perhaps the most simple and most empowering practice. When you are aware of your breath, you are present.
- Please avoid eating a big meal just before the session.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Layers are a good option as your temperature may fluctuate during the breathwork.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and a warm blanket.

Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of mental illness, seizure disorders, those taking psychiatric Medic*tion, or those with cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure (if not controlled by meds), glaucoma, recent surgeries, or pregnancy. Asthma is not a contraindication but please bring your inhaler if you do suffer from it.
