About this Event
Join us for a private supported reset session in a remote Exmoor location on 8th October, delivered in partnership with Secret Sauna.
This session is exclusively for veterans, serving personnel and armed forces family members, and forms part of the wider work of the Root Cause Project, supporting wellbeing and mental health of the military community.
The session will involve controlled heat exposure and optional cold water immersion in a simple, structured outdoor setting designed to help people step out of pace, switch off from external demands and reset.
This is not a training session or a formal wellbeing workshop. The focus is simply on creating space in a calm, low-pressure environment alongside others with shared experience.
Your subsidised £5 place includes:
- Access to the sauna session (45 minutes)
- Remote Exmoor location
- Food included (please inform us of any allergies).
Limited transport available from Barnstaple (please select transport add-on when booking your place).
