Everything's Free Community Yard 'Sale'

Join The Kim Rock Group of Keller Williams for our Everything’s Free Yard “Sale,” a community event where everything is completely free.

There’s no buying or selling. This event is all about cleaning out, sharing with neighbors, and helping useful items find new homes.

WANT TO COME “SHOP”?

It’s simple:

1. Show up! No registration is needed to browse.
2. Bring a reusable shopping bag or wagon.
3. Browse the event and take anything you can use — completely free.

You may find clothing, toys, books, baby gear, linens, household items, home décor, small appliances, non-perishable food, cleaning supplies, and other everyday items.

WANT TO CLEAN OUT YOUR HOUSE?

Here’s how it works:

1. Reserve a vendor parking spot through this Eventbrite page. A $25 refundable deposit is required to hold your space.
2. Start cleaning out. Set aside anything you no longer need that someone else could use.
3. Load up your car the night before the event.
4. Arrive between 8:30–8:45 AM and check in. Let us know you’d like your deposit refunded, and we’ll process it right there.
5. Pull into your spot and unload your items or simply open your trunk. Stay with your items, walk around, or do some free “shopping” of your own.
6. Watch your items find new homes.
7. At 10 AM, leave anything that remains behind. Our junk removal team will take care of the rest, and you can drive home with less!

The $25 is only a deposit to reserve your vendor space...participating is free.

⏰ 9am–10am (or until all items are gone, whichever comes first!)
📍 1050 Edgewood Rd, Yardley, PA 19067

Helpful Information:

• Shopping begins at 9 AM. No early birds.
• Everything is FREE!
• Bring a reusable bag or wagon.
• No registration needed to shop.

• Pre-registration is required. No day-of registration.
• A $25 deposit holds your spot and is refunded when you arrive and participate.
• Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will have their deposit donated to Fostering Hope.
• Arrive between 8:15–8:45 AM to set up.
• Everything must be given away for FREE. Nothing may be sold.
• Items must fit in your car or pickup truck.
• Anything left at the end can stay! EZ Cleanout will take care of the remaining items.

Please note: This event will be held rain or shine! We will only cancel if severe weather, such as lightning or flooding, is forecasted.

Vendors: You will be alerted by email regarding any event changes.
