Tales of flood escapes and failures, a maiden stuck in the mud, snapping turtles, a golf ball inundation, a supposed Underground Railroad tunnel, and more will be told by Susan Taylor on a one-mile stroll down the Delaware Canal towpath and North Edgewater Avenue. A Halloween treat will be a view of Canal-O-Ween, Yardley's now famous line-up of hundreds of carved pumpkins. Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies for all at the end of the walk.
The walk will begin at the intersection of Morgan and Fuld Avenues.
