This class is geared towards adults familiar with basic cookingSign up to master the universal culinary skill of roasting a whole chicken.
We will focus on :
* Superb seasoning
* Even cooking techniques
* Creating simple yet sophisticated pan sauces.
On the menu: Roast chicken, roasted vegetables, mushroom cream sauce, colorful salad.
Please bring your own containers to transport leftover food.
Cost -$50 for the class +
Please bring $20 for ingredients payable to the instructor.
