Jen Tal & Ivan Orr bring live R&B, classic soul and a taste of jazz to Smokies on Nov. 14 at 9 PM. $10 admission includes light bites.About this Event
🎶 Some songs take you right back. Others make you want to lean in and hear what the musicians do next.
On Saturday, November 14, join us at Smokies Cigar Lounge for An Evening of Soul featuring Jen Tal & Ivan Orr. We’re bringing live R&B, classic soul, and a taste of jazz to downtown Charlottesville for a Saturday night worth making plans for.
There’s something about hearing a soulful voice and live keys in the same room. A familiar melody hits a little differently. A few bars of jazz can take a song somewhere unexpected. And before you know it, you’re singing along with somebody you just met.
Make it a date night, bring the friends who always have the best playlists, or come solo and settle in for the music. If you’ve been waiting for an excuse to pull out that outfit you’ve been saving, this is a good one. ✨
