About this Event
Join Europe's nature leaders in the heart of Andalusia for the Eurosite Annual Meeting 2026, with three days of inspiration, collaboration and practical exchange on the most pressing challenges and opportunities in nature conservation today.
Set against the stunning landscapes of southern Spain, this year's conference brings together land stewards, conservation professionals, policymakers and finance experts to advance nature restoration, land stewardship and innovative nature finance across Europe. 2026 is the year of the Nature Restoration Plans: how will nature conservationists and landowners be affected by this? What partnerships are needed to make this a success? The conference will address both the Mediterranean and European contexts. Members and non-members are all very welcome!
As a highlight of the conference, participants will visit the world-famous Coto de Doñana — one of Europe's most iconic protected areas — bringing the conference themes to life in the field.
This year's Annual Meeting (followed immediately by the invitation-only European Conservation Finance Bootcamp) is facilitated by XCN, Fundación Biodiversidad, the International Land Conservation Network, the Conservation Finance Network and the LIFE programme.
