Join Sarah for a concert at the Feast of Corpus Christi Mass & Eucharistic Procession. Every year, the archdiocese celebrates the Feast of Corpus Christi with a Mass at San Fernando Cathedral followed by a Eucharistic Procession through the streets of downtown San Antonio. The Eucharistic procession serves to publicly proclaim faith in Jesus’ Real Presence in the Eucharist, encourage adoration, and offer a way to bring Christ into the world. As a form of liturgical prayer and a public witness of our faith, join us as we express reverence for the Blessed Sacrament.
The celebration will begin with the 5:00 PM Vigil Mass, followed by a Eucharistic Procession led by Archbishop Gustavo García-Siller, MSpS, through the streets of downtown San Antonio. Let us gather in faith and unity to honor the Real Presence of Christ in the Holy Eucharist, giving public witness to the love of God dwelling among us. Sarah will close the evening with a concert.
