Who is the workshop for?
Participants would benefit from this course if they:
- Are new to management and would like to enhance their skills and confidence.
- Have been in the role of Manager for a while but had less formal training or support.
- Would like a refresher or a skills boost.
After attending this course participants may wish to attend further workshops which cover other aspects of managing or access coaching sessions to help support and embed the learning.
