ENZO Steakhouse & Bar opens its first Intown location this winter, Executive Chef Andrea Montobbio is giving Atlanta an early taste of what he has planned for Midtown. On Friday, October 9, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., the celebrated Italian chef will step into the Epicurean Theatre at Epicurean Atlanta for The Art of Pasta Making, the first public preview of ENZO Midtown since its debut announcement this summer.
For one night, guests will trade the dining room for a place beside Montobbio as he shares the technique, precision and unmistakable Italian instinct behind two fresh pasta preparations.
The hands-on class welcomes every skill level and begins with charcuterie and a welcome spritz before moving into tagliatelle with Bolognese, Parmigiano and béchamel, followed by radiatori alla vodka with San Marzano tomatoes and burrata.
Each pasta course will be paired with wine, with tiramisu closing the evening.
The class offers more than a lesson in fresh pasta. It is an early introduction to the food and personality Montobbio is bringing to ENZO Midtown, along with a preview of the chef dinners, wine tastings, cooking classes and culinary events planned for the restaurant.
Tickets for The Art of Pasta Making are $85 per person and available at epicureanhotelatlanta.com or the Epicurean Atlanta front desk.
The event is open to guests 21 and older, and the ticket price includes gratuity. Tax will be added at checkout.
Complimentary two-hour valet validation is provided.
The class will take place at Epicurean Atlanta, located at 1117 West Peachtree Street NW in Midtown.
Attendance is limited, and advance reservations are encouraged.
