Enrichment Studies is a 10-week program for children ages 5-13, meeting Thursday’s from 1pm to 3:30pm. They offer families a chance to experience the Hearthstone community without committing to a full Core or Hybrid program.Over the ten weeks, children will explore a variety of ideas and experiences through stories, nature, art, music, hands-on projects, practical work, and plenty of opportunities to follow their curiosity. Each week offers something a little different, with room to make, discover, ask questions, and learn alongside one another.
There is no home-learning commitment. Families register for the full 10-week session, giving children the consistency of a weekly rhythm and the opportunity to build relationships with their peers and educators over the course of the program.
Enrichment Days can be a wonderful introduction to Hearthstone, an addition to a child’s existing education, or simply a regular day each week to learn, create, and spend time in good company. These are also great days for the homeschooling parent to book appointments, drink a hot coffee in peace, meet a friend for coffee at a local cafe (we know a good one), or get errands done without the kids in tow.
