UCD’s Engaging Men in EDI Group would like to invite everyone to join a dynamic event focused on engaging men in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Regardless of which sector you are in, this event offers an opportunity to explore how men can play a more active and confident role in creating inclusive and supportive workplaces.
Engaging men in EDI benefits organisations of every kind. It strengthens culture, improves collaboration, supports wellbeing, and helps build environments where everyone feels valued. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with others committed to positive cultural change and take away ideas they can apply directly within their own organisations in a safe and inclusive environment.
