INDICATIONS
To ensure you have the most transformative experience possible, please follow these guidelines:
- Clothing: Please come dressed in comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for both movement and rest - items like leggings, yoga pants, or soft track bottoms work best. Try to avoid jeans, skirts, or any tight everyday outfits.
- What to Bring: All essentials are available (yoga mat, cushion, small blanket, water and tea), please bring with you an eye mask or blindfold, notebook and pen, and water bottle.
- Diet: For your wellbeing during the session, please avoid eating for at least 2 hours beforehand. Refrain from drinking alcohol the day before and the day after.
- Intention: Before arriving, take a quiet moment to set an intention, something you’d like to release, invite into your life, or spend time reflecting on.
- Aftercare: Try to keep the rest of your day light and unstructured so you can fully integrate the experience. If possible, avoid scheduling commitments immediately afterward.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
This session is less suitable for people with epilepsy, mania, delusions or psychoses, serious heart problems, low blood pressure, or implants, metal parts or medical devices. For pregnant women, participation is possible, but caution is advised.
